Restaurant & Bar

The camp is about 500 m away from the center of Starigrad, where there are many bars and a rich gastronomic offer with authentic local cuisine. On the main menu you will find fish, lamb, prosciutto and local cheese.

Beach

The camp is about 250 meters away from the beach. The beach is long, sandy and pebbly and suitable for families with children.

National Park Paklenica

The park is located on the sea slope of the mountain Velebit and the most famous alpine center in Croatia. It is considered a karst phenomenon consisting of two canyons: Velika and Mala Paklenica. It is known for its wild forest, steep cliffs and countless caves of the underworld.

Excursions

Apart from Paklenica, Starigrad is also an excellent starting point for visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park, Kornati National Park or Krka National Park. You can take a trip to Zadar, Šibenik, Vransko Lake, Telaščica natural park or to see smaller, popular places by the sea.

Hiking and mountaineering

Due to the Velebit hills and Paklenica NP, hiking and mountaineering are at the forefront. Vertical steep cliffs, over 400 meters high, are located in the immediate vicinity of the sea, making the NP one of the most famous and attractive climbing destinations in Europe.

Cycling

Informative cycling routes, accompanied by streams in some places, will take you to the Paklenica National Park and show you high cliffs, mills on water, protected butterflies and birds, and rare plants. An 8 km long bicycle trail runs from Starigrad.

Water Sports

You can rent a boat, a pedal boat or a jet ski on the main Starigrad Beach. You can take a day trip with a boat from Starigrad to the beautiful Zrmanja River, where you can try a canoe ride.

Sports Playground

Near the campsite there is a football court. On the newly decorated beach, you can find a free outdoor fitness center.

Children's Playground

On the newly arranged beach there is a playground for children with slides and swings. There is a submarine in the center, which you can take a ride in and discover the underwater world along with your toddler.
